Description
A tune written around 1520, during the reign of King Henry VIII. It isn't known for sure who it was composed by, but it is sometimes attributed to Hugh Aston. 'Dompe' could possibly mean a dirge for a funeral, so maybe my tempo is a little faster than traditional! It may also mean a dance though.
